Our Instructors

Hi, my name is Jocie Low.  I started Low Valley Acres in 2022.  I asked my husband for a few rows in our garden for flowers.  I had this idea that I would have a cute little road side stand full of fresh cut flowers.  Well that turned into a flower farm that is close to an acre of beds now.  I have a friend who lives in BC that kept telling me I need to dry everything I don’t sell.  So I did and I was instantly hooked.  This is technically my 2nd year drying my flowers and now I’ve begun offering classes.  I can not wait to see what things people create with my beautiful flowers.
