A One Day Mixed Media Workshop

Join us as we begin the day with coffee and muffins at the Sheep Creek Arts cozy facility.
In this full-day course, we will create an archival, mixed-media artwork of sunflowers.
 
This artwork will begin by creating paper using acrylic paint which will then be used as collaged material to develop the subject matter. An abstract background will provide interest and depth to the completed piece.
One 24 x 12 inch wooden panel will be pre-prepared for you 
 
The addition of your cut or torn pieces of acrylic painted paper adds texture and interest to this piece. Additional mark-making can be applied for extra pattern or detail. The completed work is protected  by an acrylic medium for a permanent finish.
 
Lots of creative fun for the accomplished artist or beginner alike.
